You can realize that the title of the article displayed is different from the title in the backend in several ways:
Use ACF plugin + template modification: add "Custom Title" field, then use this field to replace the default title in single.php;
Hide default title with plugin: install Title Remover plugin to hide default H1, then add custom title with Gutenberg or Elementor;
Change SEO title only: use Yoast SEO or Rank Math to change the meta title without affecting the front-end page display.
