Data and access
How we request and handle access when repair work needs it.
No passwords in the initial check
For the first request, send symptoms, URL, error messages, recent changes, and backup status. Do not place WordPress, hosting, database, or payment passwords in public forms.
Minimum temporary access
If repair requires access, we explain the minimum needed role or system, such as a temporary WordPress admin, SFTP, host file manager, error logs, or backup access. Temporary accounts should be removed or rotated after completion.
Handling principle
We use the least access needed and avoid unrelated customer data. For WooCommerce orders, customer records, or payment flows, we confirm test method, cache rules, and rollback path first.
