Refund policy
How cancellation and refund boundaries work.
One-time repair
One-time repair starts after scope and price are confirmed. If engineering work or production access has not started, cancellation or refund can be reviewed through the payment channel. Once review, repair actions, or notes have been delivered, fees are calculated against completed work.
Maintenance subscriptions
Monthly maintenance can be cancelled before the next billing cycle. The current period usually covers completed monitoring, checks, response time, and notes, unless a different written agreement exists.
Third-party costs
Hosting, plugin licenses, payment gateways, CDN, security tools, and other third-party services follow the provider rules and are outside our direct refund control.
