This is probably because the key of Indexing API has expired or the permissions are not properly configured.
Go to Google Cloud Console to generate a new Service Account JSON, then add the corresponding email address as website owner in Search Console, and finally upload a new key in Rank Math.
After I did this, my site was automatically indexed again 👍
