I'm also using RankMath, and at first I felt that the improvement is not obvious, in fact, you have to use it together with content optimization and site structure to see the effect.
I suggest you to check it:
Whether the main keywords are included in the title and description;
Turn on the Schema (structured data) feature to make it easier for search engines to recognize content;
Work with sitemap and Google Search Console to submit;
Use its Content AI feature to select words and adjust paragraphs;
If it is a Chinese site, remember to manually optimize slugs and fixed links.
I use RankMath plus caching plugin (WP Rocket) + CDN, keyword rankings did improve a little, the inclusion speed is also faster.
