Why is WordPress still so slow even though I've installed a bunch of optimization plugins?

My WordPress is currently in a delicate state:

The backend editing is pretty smooth, but once it hits the frontend for users to see, it starts "pondering the meaning of life."

The following actions have been completed:

The new server is pretty good.SSD(The bandwidth isn't too bad either)
Installed a caching plugin (such as LiteSpeed Cache / WP Rocket (at this level)
Opened CDNAdded browser caching, compression, file merging, and similar features.
Images have also been processed with a compression plugin, and lazy loading is enabled.

But the actual result is:

The first screen still loads slowly.TTFB The numbers don't look good.
The first visit feels like waiting for it.Heat EngineThe second time was a bit faster.
Page load speeds vary significantly across different pages—some are reasonably fast, while others are particularly slow.
