Common issues for new website builders: What should I do if the page layout becomes completely messed up after installing a theme?
Good morning, everyone. I'm just starting to build a website with WordPress and ran into a bit of a confusing issue.
I installed a new theme (free version), and the front-end page styling is completely off: the menu is distorted, image sizes are all over the place, and the layout is different—it looks nothing like the theme demo.
I've tried clearing the cache, reinstalling the theme, and switching browsers, but the problem persists.
I'm wondering if I've set something up incorrectly here?
