Why do multi-currency plugins affect front-end css results?

Is it because of incompatibility? It works fine for me on the woodmart theme and not the Flatsome theme, is it because of theme incompatibility?

As long as the hover is positioned where it is, all the css of the module on the home page will be lost, all other positions are normal.
