We recently changed the hosting of our multisite site and updated the user information. Currently it is not possible to see the network administrator options in WordPress or switch to the network administrator interface. Even after reverting the user information back to an older version, the problem is still not resolved. I've referenced some older solutions, but they don't work due to version differences in WordPress. How can I fix this issue?
