Creating a Live Filter in WordPress

I'm looking to create a simple post list that shows posts in specific categories (such as electronics and home furnishings), hopefully with the ability to filter in real time by being in the search bar and without jumping to a new page.

Currently experiencing an issue where the search bar opens up search results in a new page and displays unwanted categories (e.g. clothing). Need to find a plugin with WordPress elements that can display and update search results in real time within the current page, and can filter posts while excluding certain specific categories.

Are there any like that?
