Why is content entered in the WordPress editor lost after saving?

I am using WordPress to create a new page using the default block editor (Gutenberg). Everything works fine during the editing process, and when I click on the "Update" or "Publish" button after entering the content, I am prompted to save it successfully. However, when I refresh the page or re-enter the editor, I find that all the content I entered before is gone and the edit area becomes blank. This has happened several times, and I'm not sure if it's a plugin conflict, a caching problem, or the database wasn't written successfully. Now I don't dare to continue editing the content for fear of losing the data again.
