WordPress backend is getting more and more bloated, loading slows down after loading more plugins, and there are a bunch of menus that you can't read. Some people will use code or plugins to optimize the backend, or even simply streamline the default modules such as comments, media, tools and so on.
I would like to ask for advice:
-
How do you usually "slim down" your backend? Do you use plugins or functions code?
-
Are there any? You'll definitely disable it.The default function?
-
Has anyone tried admin menu editing, dashboard component removal, that sort of thing?
-
Is the backend boost really noticeable?
