Elementor displays theme header and footer even when set to "canvas" template

When I edit a product detail page using Elementor, I have set the page template to "Elementor Canvas", which should theoretically hide the theme's header and footer. However, after saving and viewing the page in the frontend, the Header and Footer still appear, using the WoodMart theme.

Tried the following and it still doesn't work:

  1. The page template is set to "Elementor Canvas".

  2. Turn off header and footer display in theme settings

  3. Custom CSS Hide .header respond in singing .footer blocs

Has anyone encountered a similar problem, please? Is there a more thorough way (e.g. via a function or code snippet) to block the header and footer of a specific page? Would like to achieve the effect of Elementor's custom page displaying full screen.
