Which is better for medium-sized business websites, Block Editor or Elementor?

Currently building an official website for a medium-sized company, with content mainly consisting of product descriptions, news and contact us pages. Considering using WordPress with a page editor, but debating between Gutenberg (block editor) and Elementor.

Would like to hear people's real life experiences:

Is the block editor now suitable for complex pages? Will it limit the design?
What is the loading speed and SEO performance of Elementor Pro? Is it suitable for long term use?
Has anyone migrated from Elementor to Gutenberg and how was the experience?
Which solution is more friendly to post maintenance and teamwork?

Gutenberg is lighter, SEO-friendly, and suitable for long-term content operation and teamwork. If you are looking for speed and aesthetics, choose Elementor; if you value performance and maintenance, we recommend Gutenberg. Can also be used in combination: core display page with Elementor, content page with block editor.
