Recently, I was optimizing a WordPress site using Elementor + WooCommerce and noticed that the loading speed on mobile was not ideal and the LCP, FID and CLS metrics were often not up to par. The following measures have been tried:
-
Cache Optimization with WP Rocket
-
The image format is standardized to WebP, using lazyload
-
Remove unnecessary plugins and scripts
-
Accelerating Global Access with CDN (Cloudflare)
However, the results were still unsatisfactory, especially in Google PageSpeed Insights' mobile ratings that never went up.
Do you have any more practical optimization tips? For example, adapting to different device sizes, controlling the number of DOM elements, streamlining the loading of Elementor components, etc. If you have any practical experience, please leave a comment to share!
