Hi everyone, I've recently been experiencing some performance issues while optimizing my WordPress site, especially in terms of page load speed and response time. After a while of experimenting, I've compiled a list of some common optimizations and would like to share them with you to see if there's a better solution.

1. Optimize image loading: Automatically compress images and convert to WebP format by using a plugin such as Smush or EWWW Image Optimizer.

2. Enable caching: Use WP Rocket or W3 Total Cache plugin to enable caching, effectively reducing server requests and increasing loading speed.

3. Database optimization: Regularly clean the database to remove outdated revisions and spam comments.

4. Theme and plugin selection: Choose a lightweight theme (such as Kadence or GeneratePress) and update plugins regularly to avoid unnecessary plugins hogging resources.

5. CDN Configuration: Accelerate global access with a CDN such as Cloudflare.
