Is there any membership plugin recommended

Hello everyone, I'm new to WordPress and want to build a more complex site, but the idea is not quite clear, I hope experienced friends can point out.

The feature I'm trying to make is roughly this:

• The website isfee-based, which members pay a monthly fee to access;

• Registered members canCreate your own group.;

• Each group canSetting up the administrator, by members of the group;

• Group members can be in groupsFill out and manage some "form" content, like submitting progress, posting ideas, that sort of thing;

My biggest question is: what plugin should I use to realize these functions? Any good recommendations?
