How to fix WordPress duplicate comment problem?

Hi everyone, we recently had an issue with duplicate comments on our site. Even though WordPress itself has a mechanism to prevent duplicate comments, we found that some comments were being submitted repeatedly. We suspect that the authors may be clicking the "Post Comment" button too fast, or something else may be causing the problem.

I hope you can provide more ideas or suggestions on how to solve this, are there any other reasons or plugins that might be causing this issue?
