I'm also experiencing, Wordfence has issued a notice stating that three WordPress file management plugins could be exploited to delete arbitrary files due to a directory traversal vulnerability in the integrated elFinder file manager (version 2.1.64 and earlier).

I said how come I added a plugin to my site for no reason, something is really wrong.
