How do I set the links in the WordPress RSS block output to nofollow?

I've found that all links output via the WordPress RSS block are by default rel="dofollow". Is there any way to add a configuration option to make these links to the nofollow?
Is it possible to do this in the settings of WordPress itself, or through custom code/function snippets?

Has any friend tried a similar modification and can you provide ideas or sample code?
