Has anyone used Vibes? Is it really possible to do fully autonomous performance monitoring?

I've seen wordpress performance monitoring related programs, one called Vibes The tools from the Analyzing Perceived Performance from the User's Perspective, rather than relying solely on laboratory indicators.

It has a few features that look quite intimidating:

• Fully autonomous, not dependent on external services

• No API key required

• Suitable for any environment, including intranets, test sites or password-protected websites
