How do I turn off maintenance mode when my WooCommerce site is stuck in maintenance mode?

When I was updating the WooCommerce plugin, the site suddenly showed "Temporarily unavailable for maintenance", and it's been a few hours now, but it's not back to normal. The front-end pages won't open, and I can't log in to the back-end. I've heard that this is because WordPress automatically goes into maintenance mode, but I'm not sure how to turn it off manually. Is there any way to resolve this via FTP or cPanel? Will it affect orders or the database? I'm hoping someone with experience can help guide me.
