WordPress backend updated content/style, frontend unchanged? What should I do if I can't clear the cache?

Hi everyone, I recently ran into a very strange problem:
After changing the content of a page in the WordPress backend, or adjusting the style with Elementor, it looks fine in the backend preview and in the editor, but theFrontend access is still the same old content/style, and sometimes the fonts and spacing are messed up.
