General Settings

have just entered WooCommerce > Settings, you will see the general settings of the store. Here, it is possible to enter your store's address, define the locations where sales and shipping orders will be made, enable features such as tax calculations and coupons, and choose the currency in which the store will be sold.

Store Address

This is where you can define your store address, which is where you are located as a seller. Many tax and shipping configurations use that address to determine rates.

General Options

Sales locations: Choose to sell to all countries or specific countries. Multiple specific countries/regions can be selected.

shipping location: Choose to ship only to the country or subset of countries you sell to. It is also possible to disable shipping and all shipping-related features.

Default Client Location: Select the assumed location of your website visitors to use before they enter any address information at checkout in order to calculate default tax and shipping rates. The options for the default customer location are

• Store site: Tells the system to assume that the customer is located at the same location as the store.
• no address: This means that taxes and shipping charges are not calculated until the customer enters their address.
• geolocalized address: Verify the customer's current location and calculate taxes and shipping costs accordingly. UseMaxmind Geolocation IntegrationThe
• Support for geolocation of page caches: Same functionality as above, but with geolocation via Ajax. When selecting this option, you may notice that ?v=xxxxxxxxx is appended to the site URL. This is normal and is to prevent static cache pricing.

commissioning tax: Enable or disable taxes for the store. Disabling taxes hides the tax settings page.

Enabling Coupons: Enable or disable coupons in the store. Coupons can be applied from the admin edit order screen (for unpaid orders), the shopping cart, and the checkout page.

• Enable Coupon Code: Choose to enable coupons in the store. After enabling coupons, you will see the following options on how to calculate discounts.
• Calculate coupon discounts in order: Change the coupon calculation logic to apply coupons sequentially rather than based on the original product price.

currency option

The Currency option determines how prices are displayed for customers in the store. Below is a brief overview of the settings.

currency: Select the default currency of the store. Only selectOne of a kind.

Currency Location: Select the default currency location for the price:Left, right, left/right with space

thousands separator: Selects the symbol for the thousands separator:1,000 or 1.000

decimal separator: Select the sign of the decimal separator:100.00 or 100,00

Select how many digits to the right of the decimal point will be displayed when the price is displayed: 100.00 or 100
