View & Edit Individual Orders

On the individual order page, you can view, edit, and update order data. The main operations include:

  • Change Order Status
  • Edit order items: adjust products, quantities, prices and taxes
  • Perform order actions: e.g. email order details to customers, regenerate download permissions
  • Modify Product Meta: Edit by adding or removing metaProduct variants
  • Apply coupon: need to know coupon code
  • Adding a surcharge: you can enter a specific amount or percentage

Attention: Only orders in the "pending" or "on hold" status can have details (e.g. meta, fees, coupons, shipping costs, etc.) edited. Orders that are in "Processing" or later status cannot be edited.

Order Details Panel

The Order Details area contains the following information:

Edit Order Details

Most information can be modified:

  • Modify date and time: use drop-down selector
  • Modify Status: Use the drop-down menu to select the correct status
  • Change Client: Search and replace the current client
  • Modify billing and receiving information: click on the pencil icon next to each field to edit it

Editable billing information:

  • Billing address (can also be imported from customer profile)
  • E-mail address
  • telephone number
  • Payment Methods and Payment Details

Editable receipt information:

Order items and order totals

The next section in the order page is the [Order Items] panel, which contains the product items, delivery details and order summary.

View Ordered Items

The following information is displayed for each product item:

  • Product Pictures

With the exception of refunds, you can only edit an order when the order status is "Pending Payment" or "On Hold".
