如果你的网站以教程、博客、评测、案例、解决方案为主,我更倾向 Link Whisper。原因很简单:这类内容的上下文变化大,同一个词在不同文章里含义可能完全不同。插件给出建议后,由编辑确认位置、锚文本和目标页面,通常更自然,也更符合用户阅读路径。
如果你的网站是术语库、知识库、目录站,或者有很多固定关键词对应固定页面,Internal Link Juicer 会更省时间。它的优势是按照关键词规则自动添加链接,特别适合“关键词与目标 URL 很稳定”的场景。但如果规则设置太宽,它也更容易带来过度链接、锚文本重复和阅读体验下降。

Link Whisper:更像“内链编辑助理”,适合内容型网站

但它最怕“关键词太泛”。如果把“SEO”“插件”“主题”“WordPress”这种高频词都设置成自动链接,文章里会出现大量无意义跳转。读者点进去未必得到答案,搜索引擎也会看到过度优化的痕迹。因此,使用 Internal Link Juicer 时,应该优先选择更长、更明确、更接近用户意图的词。

商城站做内链要更克制。购买指南、FAQ、教程文章可以链接到产品分类或核心产品页;产品页可以链接到尺寸说明、配送政策或售后说明。但购物车、结账、我的账户这类页面通常不应该参与自动内链。对商城来说,转化路径的清晰度比内链数量更重要。
配置建议:先做页面基础,再做内链扩展
- 只保留一个综合 SEO 插件,不要同时启用 Rank Math、Yoast、SEO Ultimate 这类会重复输出标题和站点地图的插件。
- 确认文章、页面、分类、标签的索引规则,先避免低价值页面大量进入搜索结果。
- 列出 10 到 30 个最重要的核心页面,包括教程总览、分类页、服务页、购买指南。
- 内容站先用 Link Whisper 检查孤立页面和建议;规则型站点再用 Internal Link Juicer 建少量高确定性规则。

最容易踩的坑:插件装对了,内链还是做错了

Don't pile on the optimization plugins first, locate the bottlenecks first: Use Query Monitor to see slow SQL, slow hooks. Pause all plugins for comparison, then turn them on one by one. Check autoload is too big (options table). Check database indexes with large table queries. Tackle host/database performance first if server TTFB is high.Hehe is working.

Hi Windjammer, there's really no need to mess with complicated local environments, regular people follow these steps and the update basically won't crash the site 👇 First, backup the whole site, files + database are prepared, this is the bottom line, out of the problem can be a key to go back.
